Our Mission
Weston’s Wish is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in honor of our son, Weston Nicolas, to raise awareness with the intent to prevent accidents involving children and hot cars.
Sharing Our Message
Our goal is to get this information directly into the hands of parents and caregivers similar to how to care for your baby and safe sleep recommendations are provided by hospitals and clinics. We continue to explore more avenues to reach as many families as possible. Ways we are currently connecting with families include:
- Sharing our personal story so others can relate to our family and see that it could happen to them
- Providing packets with strategies and tangible reminders to hospitals, clinics, and daycares (available in English and Spanish)
- Placing business cards with our organization’s information at businesses frequented by families with young children
- Working with legislators

This heartbreaking experience for our family has pulled our community together. We have been deeply touched by the outpouring of love and are forever thankful for our prayer warriors who continue to carry us.
